Gary Nettinger, Vice President of Technical Services and Applications, collaborates with internal and external teams to define and orchestrate successful customer partnerships. He maintains the highest quality of our products from the manufacturing stage to the end of the life cycle. Nettinger serves as the liaison between the factory and the customer to field quality assurance and technical product improvements. He oversees the operation of the Customer Care, Technical Services, Warranty Management and Quality Operations teams. His responsibilities also include participating in industry specification activities, competitive analysis and representing METUS at industry events.

Nettinger joined the Cooling & Heating Division in September 2013 and has held several senior-level positions, including Senior Director of OEM and Engineered Solutions and, most recently, Vice President of Quality Assurance.

He received a bachelor’s degree in business management and leadership from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
