Michelle Thomas, Senior Director of Human Resources, is responsible for human resources strategy and operations. She leads the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and reinforces a culture of high performance through effective communication of strategic vision, objectives and business results. She also serves as a coach and consultant to leadership, employees and Human Resources teams on all people-related subject matters.

Thomas joined the Cooling & Heating Division in July 2013. Prior to joining the company, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia.

She received a Bachelor of Science degree in merchandising from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. She also earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in Alexandria, Virginia.
