Naofumi Hara is the Vice President of Finance, responsible for accounting and finance operations, business-profitability monitoring, cash-flow forecasting, financial reporting and tax procedures for METUS. Hara formulates the company’s budget plan and medium- to long-term business strategy for expansion. He also leads the implementation of business plans and develops various reports to aid in analysis and decision making.

Hara joined Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in 1996 and has held various positions in the company’s Japan and Thailand divisions. Before joining the Cooling & Heating Division in the U.S. in April 2015, Hara held a managerial role within the accounting department at AC&R Works.

Hara attended the Commerce Facility of Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan.
