Tom Dowling, Vice President, Commercial Business, is responsible for developing and executing business strategies that strengthen valuable relationships, generating sustainable revenue and expanding market share. He oversees product planning, professional solutions and marketing for the commercial business as well as leads the sales efforts in the division's six business units in the U.S. and one in Central America and the Caribbean.

Dowling joined Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating in January 2015. Prior to joining the company, he served as commercial regional director at Lennox International, Inc. in Richardson, Texas.

He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He majored in production and operations management, transportation and logistics and marketing. Dowling also attended the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
